I like the JurixShiori pairing, and I think that it could definitely work out once they both stop acting like idiots. Give it a month or two after the series, and they'll come around.

Maybe not so much in the movie, since Shiori seems to genuinely hate her there. Of course, we don't see enough of any of the characters to get a good idea as to what their relationship was like beforehand, so I suppose that it's possible.

Complete crack, but I think Nanami and Miki have interesting character dynamics with each other.

Now that you mention it, Nanami and Miki do seem to have a fairly close relationship. Miki seems to spend a lot of time with the Kiryuus, to make up for his own dysfunctional family. He's close enough to her that he feels as though he has to apologize to Utena for her behavior (in Keiko's episode.) And they both can relate to each other in terms of having issues with their siblings.
As you said, she does seem to be able to trust Miki. "I don't dare say it...
