that's nice ^^
and yes, I fully agree that I enjoyed the fact that she wrote kids books. It added:
*depth and character
*sentimental value
*connections between 'real life' and her books
*just all around good-ness XD I love the excerpts of Molly's writing at the beginning of each chapter. I also think Hannah's attempt is extremely cute xd

* What did you think of Phoebe's ultimatum to Kevin? Do you think that she meant it or that she was just trying to get the "grand gesture" from him?
hum... I'm thinking a part of her was worried that she was being serious about it, but a larger part of it was the "grand gesture"
Though I guess we never really find out what she thought, did we? =O
* Did you like the ending? Was it too neatly tied up and perfect or did you think it was OK?
well, I cried way too much XD XD But in a good way ^^;
I thought it was a really sweet ending... but I must admit that I had an odd expression on my face when she got tossed into the lake XD
I actually don't think that the ending was nearly as tied up as it could have been :S but I like it being kind of inbetween
* Do you have any desire to read the other books about this family? (Phoebe and Dan's story, etc) or are you content with this one?
I think it would be an interesting concept (do they actually exist?? XD) but I wouldn't want it to wreck this one... as it's actually one of my favourite books Oo
I guess it's like when they have a sequel that's not nearly as good as the first sad (I was so dissapointed with the Lilo and Stitch sequel XD I was obsessed with the first one ^^; )
* Overall did you think the book had a good good flow? Were there are any parts of the book that felt choppy or just didn't mesh with everything else?
At first I thought some of the bits with Lilly and Liam just didn't fit, but in the end I think everything all got tied together ^^
I also think that the people who wanted to make the place into a fishing resort-thing were a little wacked - -;
* What did you think of the epilogue? Did you like the style or wish it had been written normally.
*personally* I liked the intentions of it... reastablishing the connections between her life and her books and such...
but I ended but in one of those "wtf??" moments ^^;
It became kind of hard to follow I think when Kevin was mentioned... when he was the badger D:
And they named their daugeter Victoria Phoebe?
I was kind of dissapointed in a way when they didn't name her Sarah... saying it wasn't the time for her to be born and such earlier on. Then the time would be the end of the book... but then they come up with Victoria Phoebe XD
but I thought the part about the brothers was cute ^^

-Phoebe is trying to look out for her sister, and having Kevin's dream job on the line of choosing between that and molly had been the ultimate test to see if he really did love her sister. And I think she just wanted to see what his decision would be. though the threat was real.

-I loved how he threw her in the lake then waited to save her,haha. She wanted a Grand gesture he'd give her one, literally. And I loved how it ended with lilly, that was cute. I just had to take a girly moment and aww over that. ^ ^. It made me feel warm and fuzzy inside. K. over and back to work. I thought the ending was good and everything was pretty much brought together, nicely on that matter.

- This wasn't the kind of book I normally picked up, Molly's attitude was a bit annouying at times but not completely that i hated it, or her character. And you can basically tell from this book how much Dan and Phoebe love each other. O.O popping out babies left and right XD!!

- The arrival of Lilly into the story was a bit choppy, the way the story justwent in another direction to this character we have no idea who has sentimental value or not, and then she arrives at the camp, bad blood between her and Kevin molly is their fore ground, Lilly ends up being Kevin's mother, kevin not entirely happy but willing to give lilly a shot after some time. It took off when they all got together at camp, but just the way Lilly was put into the story was kind of rough.
* What did you think of the epilogue? Did you like the style or wish it had been written normally.
-it was cute, it was a little odd to follow the view of the characters. but yeah. It was a mushy part that allowed us readers to see what happened after most of the drama blew over in molly and kevin's lives. And now they have a daughter...or son? it's been a while XD.

Hokay! so I just signed up for a bunch of her books to be shipped to me from the library, I'm gonna read molly's sisters story. So anyone wanna read it with me? I at first didn't want to read it but then I got around to reading a bit about the story from borders.

I actually read one of her other stories awhile back and didn't realize they were all connected.
The one I read had the football player and the scientist getting married - it was a good story, I enjoyed it.
