is this your first or second time fighting him?
The first time all you really have to worry about is that instant time limit and getting rid of all those water copies so fast. Mostly you can use the reaction comand for that one.
The second time I mostly went all cheep on him. I got as far away from him as I could, he has three reactions to this
1. shoot water bubbles at you
2. come chargeing at you
3. come running at you backwards to preform a special attack.
you are looking for him to do the third reaction, there is a reaction command to this called "show-stoper". Abuse this power as much as possible, it dose a rediculus ammount of damage. if he dose ether of the other two attacks, my suggestion is just keep running in one direction to the side of the attacks, which side dosen't really matter.
