Sideshow Bob would have to be one of my favorite characters. He thinks through his plans and schemes and has backup plans to counter the failed plans. (almost like Xanatos from Gargoyles but even Sideshow Bob isn't as insane as Xanatos is}

It's really hard to pick a favorite since I do love them all but just to name a few it would be: Sideshow Bob, Akira, Fat Tony, Snake, Flanders, Homer, Bart, Jasper, Smithers, Los Souvenir Jackitos, Cletus, Mr. Burns, Professor Frink, McBain, Hank Scorpio, Otto, and that jerk who always says ayeeeesssss! (as homer worded it)
