Yeah, there nicknames for each other are great! I especially like "Chocolate Bear" as J.D.'s nickname for Turk. "Vanilla Bear"' for JD is cool too.
Just as a sidenote (now that I am thinking of nicknames) Someone should seriously make a list of all the girl names Dr. Cox has called JD. It would be a long list.
As for Carla calling JD "bambi" that is cute as well. Especially in the episode where he got all upset about it. That was just so cute.

Incidentally, my nickname was "Bear". At least half of my friends called me by that name.
