It's a very easy way of rerooting in my opinion.
For supplies, I always order my hair from restoredoll.com, they have great service and the hair looks great and is really soft and silky.
Other materials like paint I buy at random stores. But hair is really important and even though I live in the Netherlands, I get my hair from restoredoll. I adore Restoredoll. Kathy is really nice too (she's the owner).
