It's your extent of knowing the truth. Its being able to see the truth and not to be blinded. It's not becoming stupid and following one single belief because thats what you think.

Like everything in Physics, you can prove things beyond a doubt so long as you have the right assumptions for them to work beforehand.
If we assume that everything we observe is "Truthfull" and The Universe isn't playing tricks on us, then why shouldn't we be able ot have absolute Knowledge of The Truth?
So... if we can make that assumption... I agree.

Its the power to question everything and the lust to seek the truth even though it is impossible to catch.
In which case, doing anything at all is leading us in that Direction, though some Actions will get one there quicker than others.
For you, then, Intelligence is a measure of the maximum potential rate of change of Understanding that a person can achieve.
Sounds like a definition I'd like to have as well ^_^
