I like blink 182's "I Miss You" because it captures the feeling of loathe at yourself you get when missing someone so well. Plus it has a kickass keyboard going on.
Aside from that I quite like anything by My Chemical Romance, The Used, or Nine Inch Nails, especially NIN's earlier work.
