This seems to be a rough stage in my character progression. Can anyone recommend any good zones to take my toon from 40-45ish?
Edit: Whoops. Jumped the gun. Can a mod move this to the Help forum, please?

Grind Wastewater Bandits in Tanaris at lvl 43
Feralas quests
Tanaris quests
And do all the Zul Farrak quests

i mostly grind instances, uldaman was good for me till 43ish, then i did zf till 45.

I just Grinded in the Hinterlands, which is now pointless thanks to Blizzard dropping the Wildhammer reputation. evil Bastards... making me waste my time up there... grumble grumble...

40s suck. =(
There are some low 40s quests in STV, then a handful in Tanaris, a couple in Hinterlands and a couple in Feralas. There's no one good place to do all your questing 'cause there just aren't enough quests in each.
The higher of the Razorfens is good for that level range too. Some really nice gear drops there, esepecially lvl 40 plate pieces.

I have one in the 40's right now too.
I did what I could in Stranglethorn Vale, then Tanaris & Feralas.

On my druid [it's a tauren though, I don't like alli] I stuck to STV until about 42 I think, then went to Feralas and quested until about 48. Then to Tanaris and ran ZF over and over to 51. xd ZF runs are still my favorite.
