arrow This is kind of a true story
I got my insperation from a friend
who loved he boy so much that when
he broke her heart, she wanted to end it...

Jennifer Marie Hopewell

She's the one that walks,
On a rainy day alone,
Humming a melody,
In tempo and tone.

She walks in the storm,
So you can't see her tears,
They hit the ground like rain,
From holding back for years

She had a great life,
Friends everywhere,
She never thought of the end
But she found herself going there

She pushed a brown lock,
Out of her face,
Her deep brown eyes,
Bloodshot like lace.

She can't help her life
Can't get him out of her mind
Him, the person she loves
But she'll never find

Her friends never really cared
They just used her for things
She wanted to get out
To soar on her wings

She made the final cut
realsing her final thought
She said she loved him
she said she fought

Fighting a losing battle
One with the wind
She fell to the floor
and her blood thinned

But they never knew
As she fadded out of line
That he was the last thought
going through her mind...

[I can personally relate]
Really depressing and realistic (love your poems)
So sorry about your friend! sad
