Kajji only stared at him. "your soul is not worthy of that body" He growled out softly. It was now very clear that Kajji was insane. Taking a step towards him, Kajji glared. No thoughts crossed his mind except that he had to dispose of the lion before him.

"M...my soul?" Uovu was a little frightened now. Sure, those two lioness girls he'd met were darn scary, but this guy... well, he was something different. Almost... almost...
Different.
This guy sure had gone through a transformation of some kind. Uovu looked closer, and he gulped. Yeah, his eyes looked different. They had that 'insanity' thing that a lot of mad lions had... which wasn't good.
"Hey, wait-" he backed away even more quickly, now, "Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait!"
His wounds would reopen! Did he really want this? Couldn't he avoid a fight?
"Come on, my soul suits this body! Look, see? I'm like... hot! Personality and body.. and... you know..."
Okay. This was no time to be chatting himself up.
Kaijji seemed to be coming closer. It was fight, or die, Uovu supposed. Wincing, Uovu swung a defending paw in Kaijji's direction, and hoped for dear life that it had hit.

All of a sudden Kajji laughed, a loud amused laugh. Settling on his hunches, he raised his eyebrows at the frightened male. "relax I was only kidding" Shaking his head, his eyes melted into an amused expression.

Uovu blinked. He blinked twice. He blinked three times.
Surely, that hadn't all been... an act? Had it?
Wow.
Uovu couldn't help but admire Kajji. After all, he hadn't let it leak out in conversation, but Uovu was an aspiring actor himself. And Kaijji sure had put on quite a performance. Still, it had been scary, and Uovu couldn't help but think that Kaijji's 'other side' was more than just a performance. It had been all too real.
"Ahaha, you had me fooled, sir, you had me fooled," he laughed, nervously, backing away as he laughed, "Well, it's been a blast. But, you know, I think I'm going to have to return to the Southlands now. I mean, gotta' get that seer information some way, like you said... cheerio, then!"
He smiled weakly at Kajji, backed away, and then, with a burst of speed, ran off into the opposite direction. Before he disappeared, though, he turned back to speak to the black lion.
"You gotta' give me acting lessons one day, you know. Talent like that shouldn't go to waste!"
Then, not wanting to stay any longer lest Kajji strike out again, Uovu ran off like lightning.
