Quite possibly my favorite anime of all time. Based off a popular 変態 game, the anime is beautifully drawn, has an excellent plot and backstory, characters I got attached too really easy, and the occasional fanservice of both genders {Hey, it WAS a hentai game, what do you expect?}
It's not in English, or even officialy subbed anywhere, but I suggest tracking down the k-neko fansub of it and watching it. Simply gorgeous.
Anyone who has seen it got any opinions?

I've seen about 11 episodes of the subbed on youtube and i really like it.
