anyone know how to put songs on a USB card that would work on a Dedicab that would be longer than the 2 minute max??

Just drag the .ogg file onto that file and It'll be shortened to under 2 minutes.

I mean how do you play long songs, as if they were 2 minutes, bascially tricking the machine so taht you can play longer...cause there are a few morons that aren't local and they play long songs....and its really hard to figure it out

The program I just linked to does it. It changes the timestamp so if a song was say, 5:00, it'd appear under 2 minutes long, when it still is 5 minutes long.
