Where can I find a Black Soul Gem???
I cant find it anywhere!!!!!

you go to a cave south of chorrel (cant remember the name) and it will have this alter in front of the entrance. you wait till midnight on a certain day then the alter should be purple. (somewhat) then you put an empty grand soul gem in the alter then cast a soul trap spell on the alter. then when you open it there should be a black soul gem in the alter.

Fort Linchal and Dark Fissure both have Altars for creating black soul gems. As Tomo said, you wait until around midnight, 1am on a certain day, which is random for every save I think, and there's a purple tinted light coming down from the heavens. Just drop thy Empty Grand Soul Gems into the altar, and hit it with a soul trap.

My only complaint is that you need to use one soul trap for every gem.
So making multiple black soul gems at once isn't very fun. =(
