I mean I have pain in my abdomen around my belly button and off to the right abit, I have been vomiting, I have a low fever, and I have had a loss of appetite..
All of those are syptoms of appendicitis. I don't want an appendectomy, I'm wanna be the surgeon, not the the patient!!!!
my mom says she's gonna take me to the doctor..

my mom says she's gonna take me to the doctor.. I'm with your mom on this one in fact i hope your at the hospital already. just remeber Meredith had her's out too and then she picked mc dreamy and all was right with MerDer so keep an eye out for mcdreamys and mcvets. biggrin

I have awesome stiches. oh and I got to see the inside of a real OR! It was like a dream come true.
Oh, I hope you don't think I am some psycho freak. I just really love surgery and want to be a surgeon. I am still in the hospital but my mom brought me my laptop.
The surgeon said that I was one of the first people he had ever met that actually was so fasinated about surgery. (that was about to go into surgery)
I asked if I could have a scalpel but they said no!! rolleyes I have to watch Grey's again tonight when I'm more funtional. I got to tell you anasthesia(or however you spell it)and morphine(I'm pretty sure thats what they gave me for the pain) makes me feel like I'm on drugs. I swear I was just like Merideth but not saying stuff like she said I said stuff that was completely random, like I couldn't stop talking about icecream and dr.pepper..
My sister actually threatend me that she would put my morphine up to stop my heart if Ididn't shut up.
(what is with college students these days do all of them do that?)
I think I've said enough. Well yup I'm alive and ok. But I have no idea where they took my appendix, I wanted to see what it looks like but my mom told the doctors to just dispose of it..

Oh I hate when they don't show you what they took out.
I got surgery on my foot because I had a needle in it, and I wanted to keep it, but after I woke up, I forgot to ask again... I wanted it...
Well, hope you feel ok when the drugs wear off...

Vegyangel Oh I hate when they don't show you what they took out. I got surgery on my foot because I had a needle in it, and I wanted to keep it, but after I woke up, I forgot to ask again... I wanted it... Well, hope you feel ok when the drugs wear off... aww thanks. I'm pretty good. And the drugs wore off.

wow, glad you're okay. and i would have been fascinated by the surgery too haha. when my family and i went on a trip to new york this past summer i got a really bad stomach ache with the vomiting (or trying to) and all that. i had to spend 2 nights and a day and a half in the hospital on my vacation where they kept testing me for appendicitis which i didn't have (it turned out be some bad food or something). the first night was brutal having to drink like a pint of contrast for the CT scan i think...but the next day i had a total dr. mc hottie checking up on me heehee
