If you're talking about the expansion Treasures of Aht Urghan, it should've been released already.

I'm assuming you're talking about Final Fantasy 13, since thats the topics name
The japanese release is still to be announced, but it's sometime this year. The Europeon one is still to be announced but they have no idea when. 3nodding
