So Apparently I gained a lot of weight. I don't see tooo much of a difference, but apparently my darling mother does. Oh well, no biggie. I can easily exercise it off with some walking and less fast food. But mom has this plan to write down everything we eat. One problem. I have extremely bad ADD and can barely remember certain things. (Mostly the ones I don't think about or care about.) I don't take my medication though because I don't want to be dependant on loads of amphetamines that have a history of giving me chest pain, jitters, sleepless nights, nausea when they wear off that's comprable to a drug crash. But get this folks!! Amphetamines supress your apetite! So as I come inside, sdhe says from the kitchen that she was just thinking I could go back on these lil orange pills. Great. Lose weight and feel like a zombie. stare

That's ridiculous. Does she know how the medicine effects you? Because really, it doesn't seem like its worth all that trouble and badness just so your appetite will be supressed. I'll refrain from going on a rant as to the fact that you shouldn't need to supress your appetite anyway, at this point sweatdrop

LOL I don't suppose I should post but I will. Though don't take this as encouragement. But I love amphetamines lol.
Not really for the apetite suppression, mostly I just like speeding.
However...drugs are bad.

Is there a different medicine you could take? I have ADD too, but I also have depression (great combination XD) I use to take Prozac for depression, it made me lose 50lbs because it gives you a lot of energy. Once I stopped taking it I gained it all back again xd
Now I am on some trippy pills that are supposed to help ADD and depression (they have done nothing for me though).
So basically I know what you are going through whee

I can't comment too much because I have never had ADD and although I do have depression, I have never had medical help for it.
Have you tried to explain to your mom how the pills make you feel and about the chest pain etc?
She probably thinks it would be better for you but maybe she needs to be put in the picture?

Fuzzy Necromancer It sounds like your mother is projecting some misplaced anxieties and weight concerns onto you, at your expense. =( Mommy dearest is kind of like that.... like whenever I do anything. I try to be sensitive about it though, she really didn't get a good mindset on how to handle teenagers considering some family issues. Plus, me being a slightly neurotic bisexual doesn't help her out any.... sweatdrop
