COOL COOL COOL COOL!!!!
Why do I love this stuff?
1: Use of photo background in pic 1. Something I also love doing.
2: Good knowledge/adherence to anatomy in pic 2.
3: Science fiction theme to pic 3. My favourite subject.
4: Style of pic 4 is excellent. Reminds me of film storyboard sketches.
Seriously cool stuff here. Post more please!

Looks like you have potential and the basics down. Here are some tips for how to improve each of the four images.
1) Three things stand out to me for needing work. The first is the face. I don't mean the features of the face, but instead the shape. That and maybe enlarge the ear a little. It may just be me, but the belt looks like it's hanging funny, but I don't know how those kind of belts hang anyway. The last is the lines. A little lumpy. They could use some smoothing.
Now, the proportions are good, and so are the clothes. You have good shading. The background looks good and works well with the character. All in all, it a good piece.
2)It's sketchy. If that's what you're going for, thats great. Besides that, you get down to specifics. It a good piece with nothing that really jumps out to me to be fixed. Good job. About the only thing I can think of would be cool markings.
3)It looks flat, but then, it is supposed to. The problem is the wing looks to be on the same plane as the side of the hull. Also, you might want to have a more sturdy connection between the ship and that huge gun. It might be a particular style choice, but the right angles for the corners of the plates seems a little monotonous to me. You might want to put a couple other angles here and there.
It a different design than normal, interesting. The engine reminds me of Out Law Star. Once again it's sketchy, but for this one it seems to work better to me. You also have things in the background. Nice.
4)Sketchy and his left elbow looks a little off. Otherwise it is a really good piece. I do wonder what that thing in the valley is though.

the lower ones looke great, bu the ear on the first one looks a bit to small and the nose seems to be misplaced somehow. but good job over all.
