I have been to a reputable psychic twice and both times I was told that my grandmother was around me a lot. The first time I went the psychic told me that she was with me at that moment and told me what she wanted me to know....everything fit as far as the information went but she also came home with me afterwards. I could feel her at times with me, around me. When she was around me I felt comfortable with it, not afraid at all....sort of comfortable about her being there. I have felt her sit on my bed at night and the other day when I was getting ready to go out of the house I was taking some medicine at the kitchen counter and a can that was near me moved about 2 inches. I stood there for a moment looking at the can in amazement and pretty much freaked said, "Grandma do it again." Well, the can did not move again. When I had been at the psychic I had asked her how I could talk to my grandmother and she told me that thinking of her and talking to her in my thoughts will bring her to me at times. There times that I will just say out loud (when no one can hear me of course) "I love you grandma." I in my thoughts tell my grandmother she is welcome to be around me if she wishes. I was wondering what if anything you thought about this because this is all new to me but I am not afraid of it.

Lucky you, it sounds as if your grandmother has become your spirit guide, or at least to me.

Meditation is something that I have been looking into lately and will try soon.

I don't trust reputable psychics. From my experience, a vast majority of them are just really good cold readers. Although that doesn't really falsify the fact that you seem to have your grandma watching over you. Reputable psychics tend to draw information from you to use as their own and build off of.
