Ok, so this one I had last night and I thought it was odd....
It started out normal; me and my sis were playing Kirby in on my N64 in the living room. Then all of a sudden, the game became real. I wasn't Kirby, but still.
There were these two guys pulling stuff out of a really old pipe - thing. I was hidden, watching them. They left for a bit, so I peeked into the pipe. There was a book in there, so I pulled it out. It was a book of spells, or some other magiacl thing. All I could read from the title was Book of _____. I couldn't make out the last bit.
Then I was at my house with the book. It was night. My dad was escorting one of the guys to the door. The guy noticed the book in my hands and askd what do you have there? I replied nothing, for I knew he was a criminal. He then said that he would get the book from me, one of these days. And then I woke up.

The only thing I can think of is what wiccans use to keep track of their spells and magical meanings and such. Book of Shadows. And then Traditional Witches tend to have what is called a Grimoire. But both are basically the same thing and are like a journal, almost, personalized. If you see a spell in one, you might not find that in another. Both 'books' are also a newer concept as original traditional witches did not, or could not, read or write words so they had to memorize such spells and charms and different information. That was the best too, as certain magical secrets must remain secret to only witches. As that was how it was, I've read. Maybe still is. Almost as not to trust anyone that wouldn't understand their craft.
As for dream or astral books. I've seen and 'protected' atleast 3. I wouldn't know the names of the two of them, but one of them resembelled the hall and main book of the Akashic records. As for the other two; one was a book of spells or charms.. worked out of that one. That dream was a bit confusing, but to make things short, there was a bad guy outside and everyone was either not able or tied up for some reason, so I was the only one who knew where this book was located in the building... I had to go get it and find the guy and I wasn't sure how I knew, but I just instinctually found the page and chanted... and I don't remember much rest, but I believe it worked. Or atleast enough to push him back.
And the last book, I didn't look inside. I can only guess what was in it... but I found it in an old room of a castle, that was like a hotel too. The room was dark green with wood floors and it was empty. And the lights were off, the only lights I could have was the hallway. I don't remember what led me to this room, but I was there then. It was a small room, and kind of dirty. I don't even remember if there was a closet or window. There was only a small fireplace, with a black steal guard gate infront of it... something told me to open it. I did and reached in. It was the book. 10x8 probably, it was hard and dark brown and latched with some engravings in the front that I dont remember what it was exactly either. Anyways, books are pretty popular in dreams it seems. XD

Perhaps your subconcious is warning you that a psychic vampire is having their way with your energy. The book, being magical, probably represents your energy and a key to the great mysteries and the men, being criminals, represent those who are taking this energy and your access to it from you. I'd look into it and also into strengthening your psychic defenses to get these people off you, if I'm right of course. I hope this helps.

Hmmm... okay, babyx, I think I've got something of an interpretation for your first dream (still working on the second, I will edit this when I have an idea). It seems to me that in your first dream your subconcious was telling you that there was some secret in your life (most likely yours, but maybe not) that needed to be protected and you were the only person who could accomplish the task. Perhaps there was even someone actively seeking this knowledge at the time, but not necessarily.
As to your second dream I think that the old castle and searching for the book within it shows a search for some older knowledge and/or wisdom. That you ended up in the room where it was, without knowing why you chose that room, perhaps shows that using your intuition would be the key to finding this knowledge. The fact that your inner voice told you to open the fireplace grate is also significant to this. Finally, finding the book in the fireplace may signify that someone at some point had attempted to eradicate or cover up this knowledge but was unsuccessful.

I hate interpretations either by myself (dream dictionary) or by other people who tell me that some prophetic dream I had is because I need to change a light bulb... or something... weird. lol. Well, thats something extreme. But oh well.

I rarely dream anymore, it's very annoying because I dream everytime I sleep on my back, but I can't get to sleep when I'm sleeping on my back easily, I have to be dead tired. Then when I do have a dream, it's always a nightmare, and then after the nightmare, I end up having problems in the real world that always occur at the worst possible times. I just can't seem to have a casual dream these days.
Also, I hate dream dictionaries, they are BS.
