Does anyone know where I can get her? I know shes at a really high level, And I need to level up. Like what do I need to do, to get to the map?
Or maybe a better way to level up?

After you either beat the game and/or get to the final map, you can pass the "open up Alternate Netherworld map" Bill in the Dark Assembly, then you can go fight 2-3 maps one or two with normal enemies and the last one with Overlord Priere alone. There's also a REALLY easy way to beat her xd

Yup eek Get at least to around level 1,000 or so and/or have good weapons with stength boosters like Champion belts wink Gamefaqs explains more of the easy way to beat her 3nodding
