Yeah it has happened to me before


i dont usally use limits except for omnislash

so i only have 1 of most levels

I've had it skip level 1 and 2. Dont ask it's just that my first limitbreakers were at levels of 80 (caracter level) or so and at 3 (limitbreak level)
