Hello ^_^ The names Renton and i've been writing a fanfic to go with my RPer. It deals with the past when Holland was still in the SOF and Renton was a baby. A lot of people liked the two demo chapters I made so here's the real thing.

A New Start

A hero, well you can call me what you want. But I’ll always go by this name, Rasler Alane. I’ve been trough a lot in my life; seeing Holland, typeZERO, and that girl…but life was normal for me. I’d go to my school and learn nothing. Then come home to listen to my mother talking about my brother and nothing else. So I decided to make her see me, by joining the New Wave Academy. When I’m finished my mom will be talking about me and not the past.

Dear Mother,

I quickly shot up through the ranks in New Wave Academy. Some friends I lost there while others I see everyday. Then there’s him…Sumner Sturgeon. He had a good heart and loved LFO’s as much as well, me! But that is his story. Oh, and did I tell you mom! I’m in the SOF now.

Love always, Rasler Alane

The alarm clock rang throughout the room. It kept ringing yet no one came to turn it off. “Uhh…” A huge mound of sheets and covers began to move. “My head,” The mass turned in the direction of the clock. “Crap!” Suddenly the covers flew everywhere as a boy jumped put from them. “I’m late, Holland will kill me for sure” Rasler slammed his hand down on the alarm clock as he grabbed his white military pants. “It’s finally the day. I get my very own LFO!” He stood in the middle of the room day dreaming when his alarm clock beeped for the new hour. “Not on my first day” Ralser yelled as he shoved his feet into his military boots and grabbed his black military jacket.

“I wonder what it will look like,” Ralser stopped in front of a mirror to fix his hair messy silver hair. “I hope it’s white or maybe black.” He greeted a passing soldier; they were also wearing a military uniform. He kept walking and stopped at a black door. The letters hanger bay were written over it in bold blue letters. “Here goes nothing,” Opening the door. He walked in to see a man waiting for him. The man looked to be about 18-20 with brown-white hair. His stance was laid back and his hair was a mess. “Hi, do you know where Captain Holland is, I’m to meet him here.” Ralser asked the man and waited for a reply.

The man looked at him with lazy eyes. His uniform was the same as Rasler’s but, he was clearly a higher rank. “You’re looking at him kid.” Holland turned to face him; the letters SOF were printed on his uniform in the upper left hand corner. “I’ll take a guess…you are Rasler aren’t you?” His eyes were like a stone cold blue, yet he had such a happy laid back appearance.

“Sir,” Rasler saluted. He never saw Holland, the leader of the SOF, to be so unkept. “My name Rasler Alane, age 16, and I’ll be joining the SOF; birth place is Tresor…sir.” Rasler stuttered as he stood perfectly still. He waited for Holland’s reply
“Tresor…you must know your way around and LFO then, prefect.” Holland smirked and turned walking down an isle of LFOs. Not waiting for Rasler, he pointed at each of the ones he passed. “These are normal Terminus TypeR 303s the regular military fights in these. They are slow but one hit and you are down for the count.”

The Terminus TypeR 303 looked like a small tank spider with giant guns on top. Some where specially made so that they’d go from their normal form to a more spider like appearance. This made them faster when driven, but took longer for the gun to reload.

Rasler stood frozen while he looked at the TR-303s. He turned his head to look at more when a certain set of LFOs caught his eyes. “These are KLFs!” His eyes widened in excitement. “They’re made so that they can be customized with any type of weapon or armor. It all depends on the users fighting style.” Rasler ran up to a dark blue KLF and looked it over. “This one here was built for speed and power. It’s got average armor and a lot of mobility,” He circled around it, “but I can’t find the board…”

The TR-505/KLF was built to be customized at the will of the user; because of this KLFs are one of the most deadly LFOs out there. They are originally white and can be painted. With armor everywhere on the LOF and on the knee and shoulder areas, this is a formidable enemy. The added armor on the knees and shoulders protects the LFOs joints from damage. All TR-505s and any LFO after took on a more human like appearance and can switch into a vehicle mode. No one knows why they take on these new forms now. The boards on LFO’s really look like giant surf boards on earth.

Holland laughed. “I’ll take the complements that you gave my KLF, but my 505 is different from the rest.” He walked up to Rasler. “My board is right there,” Putting his hand on Rasler’s shoulder Holland pointed to the hip area of his KLF. What looked like at first to be giant armor plates on both side; was actually the board split into two pieces. “This is the Terminus Type 505. A new Archetype of LFO that only members of the SOF can use.” Holland moved up to his blue 505. “We’re trying a new way of caring the ref boards around. See instead of the LFO having to carry it strapped to its back, we folded it up and put it on each side of its waist.”

LFOs were originally used only for land combat against each other. Then when new archetypes were dug up the scientists did experiments with them. They based a new fighting style for LFOs on a popular sport at the time; reffing. Reffing, also known as lifting, was a sport where you took what looked like a small surf board and rode on invisible waves in the sky called trapar. Since the people on this planet could not surf on water, they surfed in the sky on trapar instead. Using this sport they made it so LFOs could also fight in the air while riding these ‘waves’. By making giant ref boards for LFOs they can now lift in the sky.

“Awesome,” Rasler yelled as he circled the TR-505 again. He jumped over its feet and climbed on it too. “Will I be getting a KLF like your Holland?” Ralser stopped to look over at Holland. His military boots squeaked as he turned. “What color will mine be?” He jumped off the KLF and landed in front of Holland.
Holland sighed “You won’t be getting a KLF Rasler,” He ran his hand through his brown hair. “Your LFO will be a special one, a new archetype and it’s one of a kind.” Holland gave him a small smile while he made his way to another door. “I think you’ll like it a lot more then my KLF…”

“A new one,” Ralser followed behind Holland as they passed by many other LFOs. Some big, small, red, black, and others didn’t even have their armor installed yet. “What’s the archetype like Holland...never mind. I don’t care as long as it’s my own.” He started to beam with happiness till Holland opened the black door before him. Rasler stopped in shock “What is that” He yelled when he saw the LFO, his LFO.

“What do you mean; it’s your LFO Ralser.” Holland looked from him to the new archetype. “It’s what you’ve wanted isn’t it?” He looked at him a little confused.
