What is the possibility of a dream you have being a memory from a past life?Is it possible at all that our past family and loved ones who have moved on are trying to remind us of something?
Experience I have had. ((My sister likes to tell me that my dreams are waaay too detailed sweatdrop . Dont' know if I should take it as a good thing or a bad thing neutral ))
I'm sitting at a table in a library, it's pretty old, and I'm reading a book. I can't tell what the language is, and my eyes aren't following my mind's command. It seemed that I was studying for something. Suddenly I felt arms wrapping themselves around my waist, and the "me" looked up from my book at the figure. It was a male. I couldn't see his face, but "I" smiled and leaned back in his arms. I remember the texture of the clothing I was wearing, and the color as well. It looked to be from the 1700's.
I can't remember the rest of the dream.

It is possible for a dream to be a past life or previous experience. A clue to this would be reoccuring events or even a continuation of the dream from there out. They typically have a deja vu feel to them. They usually don't mean anything particular if that is the case. It is just a memory. It would be the same as though you dreamt about your 5th Birthday party. Just a reassessmemt of something you've experienced. Keep a journal next to your bed and write down as much as the dream as possible if you repeat it again. They can be fun to investigate.
Happy Dreaming,

It is possible to dream of past life memories. I've heard from some people that when they're awakening, their memories come while they're sleeping. I, myself would be skeptical of my dreams being past life memories because dreams can subconscious issues, or subconscious wants. Those issues or wants could influence a dream.
I agree with Psychotic's thought of keeping a dream journal, it would be a good way to acess your dream when you're more awake. If any of your dreams are memories, keeping a journal may allow you to have a trigger to awaken more of them.

That's a good idea. I have been thinking about getting a dream journal, but the main problem is that if I get it there is a high chance that I may forget that it's there. Also, I wake up at five in the morning so that I can get ready for school. Those two variables may make it a tad difficult.
