i found the shrine to Hermaeous Mora a while ago and been trying to work out what to do to get the quest since then so can someone help please? sweatdrop
i talked to all three worshipers and was told that i hadn't followed the path of hermaeous mora. (can't remember the exact wording and the old computers crashed again so can't go back and check). does this mean that i've done somthing earlyer in the game thats prevented me doing the quest or that theres somthing else i need to do first? and can someone tell me what the reward is for completing that quest? thanks.

no here's the dealio, you gotta do all the other daedric gods quest. when you do and go to sleep anywhere, a dude approaches you when you wake up in some dark brotherhood esque thing. he gives ya the location to the shrine and you have to go travel there. you speak to the god (no offering required) and he asks you to capture a soul from every person from each race. the god gives you a special spell that allows you to capture the souls. make sure you use that spell and no other soul capture spell or it wont work. start with the people who are at the statue. the god doesnt mind. then travel to each and every single daedric god statue till you have every race's soul. the reward. thats a secret.
