Okay. I have full knowlage of both versions of the game and then each sub-version (it's werid). This topic is to help with the choice of which one to get.
But if you are too lazy to read this, skip to the bottom.

Basicly, here are the two versions

  • Version One (Devolopment Team: Shanghai [Single Player], Another team for Multiplayer)
This version is used on the XBox 360, PS3 and the PC
    Pros:
    • Good graphics, not the best of today's sandards, but good never-the-less
    • New equipment
    • More fluid moves, but not too much new
    • Cinamatic game overall (feels like a movie)
    • Multiplayer gets a new formula
    • *PS3 version has 2 more multiplayer maps, a female spy, and slightly better graphics

    Cons:

    • GLITCHES GALORE
    • (PC) If you are thinking about buying the PC version, make SURE your computer and video card works with THIS game. Even after that, it might not work because the PC version is even MORE glitchly.
    • A lot of stuff that makes no sense (Sam has his equipment in jail)
    • No real Co-op
    • Multiplayer gets a new formula (some people like it, some don't)
    • There is no lobby, custom games, game types, hosting, or any of the things that we have learned to use and love over the years. This was done to "simplify" the game so it wasn't so hard to get into. But many more problems arise because of this. (It basicly ruins it)
    • Poor patches that don't fix much
    • Trust bars. It's fine to have two, but there's not enough objectives that conflict to really affect you.
    • Jonh in the first mission is a tard that gets shot. It's funny because he's stupid.

  • Version Two (Devolepment Team: Montreal [All game modes])
This version is used for the Playstation 2, Gamecube, Xbox, and Wii.

    Pros:
    • (Xbox mostly) Graphics aren't as good as V1, but still good looking
    • One trust bar. This basicly means that every objective conflicts with the other side.
    • More Splinter Cell style. Kind of like Chaos Theory 2.0 or something.
    • New moves that add a level of gameplay
    • Good train level (yay)
    • Story is told better
    • Parts in the story are explained better (or acctualy are explained)
    • More realistic (ironicly)
    • REAL FULL FLEGED CO-OP! (XBox has online support)
    • Co-op adds another level to the story
    • Bonus missions
    • Not too buggy
    • On hard, gaurds can hear EVERYTHING you do that makes a sound (makes it hard)
    • Hismad (Jonh in V1) doesn't die like a tard and is in the game later.
    • More charater development

    Cons:
    • (Wii) This version is rushed. It shows in the graphics and the iffy controls. The controls are over all nice, but what kills it is the aimming. If you are off slightly from the center of the screen, you miss. The graphics are worse than the PS2 version. (because it's a port of the PS2 version without too much fixing) Would of been better if they were given more than a month to port it.
    • (Wii) Doesn't have online support (WHY? I have no freaking clue)
    • (PS2/Wii) No rating at the end of missions
    • Certain things aren't as dramatic as the should be.
    • Physics are kind of werid at times.

    To sum it up...

Basicly (IMO of course), the Xbox version (V2) is the best of the bunch. It has the graphics, the gameplay, the co-op, and the online. The Wii version is okay, but more of a rental. I don't know why someone whould get the GC or PS2 version to be honesty (unless that's all they have). The PC version is bugged to death. Heck, you can't unlock the items. XB360 still has glitches, but is better because it works!

So if are going to get ONE version: XBox
Two:XBox and XBox 360

PS: I don't really care for the XBox, but that's how the world works ninja

Wow, I got the 360 version thinking that you could co-op on one xbox and you cannot which is really bad becuase I thought it would be a good co-op game. It's still pretty good though.
