It was a great misfortune that Ezeoha did not get along well with his father. Despite the terrible break in family bonds between Ezeoha and the rest, Ezeoha was still highly dependent upon one thing: Having a family and being loved. He was perhaps one of the more well-known pimps of the Pridelands, and though at times flirting with females was satisfactory enough, he yearned to get to know his own family a little more. Information buzzed about the Pridelands quickly, and Ezeoha had known not long after the cubs' births that his mother and father had another litter. Still, he did not go to them, for around that time he had begun his own family. He had his own son that he wanted to spend every waking hour of every day with. Nunda and Chinara had become his life, and numerous times he had thought of introducing them to his parents and his little siblings. He just never did, knowing that his father probably would not want his influence on his newest children.
But now he simply could not keep away from his family. Being seperated from them for so long had taken its toll on him. He was dying to see his little siblings, he wanted to hold them to his chest, take in their scent, and be a part of the family that he never really had been before. His heart ached in his chest, slowly dying from the lack of love. If only he could spend a few hours with one of them, get to know them a little. He wanted to do all the things new parents wanted to do with their own children. Ezeoha wanted to take them out on their firt hunt, wanted to teach them how to pounce, how to roar, how to get the better of their siblings... There was just so much that he needed to do.
He wandered closer to the very den he had been raised in, and even from this distance he could catch the barest hint of his own scent clinging to the rocks from the time when he was still growing up. Memories flashed through his mind, and a mournful sigh spilled out of his lips. "Home again, and unwanted." He murmured, keeping himself at a distance because he truly did not want to intrude. If his parents did not want him here, he'd leave, though it would pain him to do so.
