I know this is rather exclusive to the Zennies out there, but I've been having a hard time "carrying my Zen" with me throughout my day.
I can do fine during meditation and afterwards, but it seems to slip away as the day progresses. Any suggestios?
Side note: "Carrying Zen" means taking the mindfulness and vigilance of meditation and keeping it with you, rather than allowing the monkey mind to control your daily actions.
Or is this yet another manifestation of Ego?
