Like a really long long time ago I posted a topic about three different mangas, asking if anyone had ever heard of them. And someone asked for a description of each series, and I totally forgot alot of stuff about each one. Which I just remembered... Sorry about that... anyways, the three series were Billion Girl, Deseret Coral, and More Starlight to you heart.
Billion girl is about this girl named Ooba Kanako (or something like that...sorries, and of course her last name is put first) and her family owns a bakery type place, but they're in some serious debt. They need like a billion dollars (or yen, whatever you want to call it) to pay it back, so her father kinda ditches them for a while and when he comes back he says that he made an agreement with a man. One of his daughters has to marry him and he'll pay off the debt for them, and Kanako says that she'll do it. So she goes of with this dude and stuff and it's kinda about what happens after that.
I seriously can't remember what the other two are about, I read them like 2 years ago... and my memory-span is like not that long... but I'll ask my friend if I can borrow them again so I can tell ya'll.

I got the books, again. so here's a summary for each one.
Desert Coral is about a boy named Naoto, who has weird dreams everytime he goes to sleep. He goes to another world called Orgos, where no one can see him or hear him. Until a girl named Lucia summons him, to use him in battle. Now he can be seen, heard, and he can even feel pain. Lucia then says that he will join her team called Desert Coral, which has three guys, Euro, Epsilon, and Levinas, and also another girl name Camu. They all basically force him to join them and to train to make him stronger. The point of their group is to fight against the Elphis. Who think anyone else is nothing but a maggot that needs to be killed. They cause trouble and Desert Coral does their best to stop them. Now, everytime Naoto falls asleep he goes to Orgos and has to help Lucia and her friends.
And More Starlight to your Heart is about a girl named Akane, who is the daughter of the High Counselor in ancient Japan. Her father after finding out that she was "seeing" one of the guards, forbid Aogi from seeing her anymore. But Akane wants to be able to see him, so she becomes a servant to her mother's court. Akane, then, sends Aogi letters about three times a day asking him to come visit her when he gets off work.
Akane, who is also very naive and is just learning about the real work, ends up messing things up more than doing her job correctly. Now she must learn how thing are done at the court while keeping her identity a secret.
