Jutsu description: Rinnegan user, that is all I can tell ya
Background: She was born a bit before the huge war and her family was killed. She was taken by a member of the Cloud village and she was raised there. But someone had slipped about her having an older sister. This girl, Chi, always held grudges when she wasn't being cute and innocent. But whens he heard she had a sister she abandone Cloud and went to the Shadow village to try and find her. But when she got there it was only in time to hear that her sister was killed by a suppose to be friend. Now she had no one to tell her how to use her deadly eyes, and no home either.

Village: Leaf Village
Appearance(if no photo, just describe him/her): tall, shoulder length dark brown hair, emerald green eyes, and a leather tunic over his normal clothing.
Age: 25
Jutsu description: Fire, Earth
Background: He was born at the start of the war, and soon orphaned. His grandmother took him in, and taught him his jutsu, saying only to use it in desperate situations. He left the village after becoming a Chunin, and came upon the Shadows years later.

Village: Taught justsu by her father, Newander
Appearance: Fuwante is pale, with long white blue hair, light blue eyes, and thin arms and legs. Her clothing consists of many ribbons over a pair of light blue spandex shorts and a blue sports bra. She usually carries a back pack with her. A picture is forthcoming.
edit: Here's the picture. Aside from the fact that my pen went crazy and her shorts are too dark, it should be about right. The demon balloon is undergoing an image revamping at the moment....

Age: 19
Jutsu description: Fuwante mainly uses air related jutsus and genjutsu. Fuwante's kekkei genkai is a special levitation jutsu that she uses to provide good shots when working as a sniper, or to run away from fights. Her whole body is light and she doesn't build muscle easily, so her taijutsu is terrible, but her ninjutsu and exceptional chakra control help her compensate.
She also has a summon: a demon balloon, who she calls Zephyr.
Background: Fuwante was supposed to serve as a weapon during a past war in a far away land. She is an experimental creature created by merging DNA from two powerful ninja, Elistair and Newander. The DNA was gathered without their consent, so when they found out, they leveled the research facility and rescued Fuwante.
Elistair and Newander raised Fuwante, although they were constantly having to leave for missions. As she got older, they began leaving for longer and longer, until one day they never came back. Fuwante left to go look for them, and she has been wandering ever since.
Personality: Fuwante's sense of self preservation is through the roof: she has no problem with running away and attacking from the air, in fact, that is her favorite tactic. She doesn't mind killing people, but doesn't do it for fun, either. She enjoys watching people, particularly loud ones, and is very laid back. Her personality can be compared to that of a breeze: content to drift along, observing, not particularly concerned with the opinions or lives of others.
