Ouch. Cecil looked with a perplexed expression on his face, So what exactly were you doing with a police officer?

"Well..." Jasmine wrote, a grin formed on her face on the subject, remembering the strange night. "I was with my parents going to the Boarding house when I saw a neon sign, and I wanted to see what kind of place it was, and when I turned to face my parents, they were gone. Afterwards, I asked the police officer to help me find the house..."

What kind of place was it? XD Yes. He included the face too, his beak getting in the way more and more. Put that on top of the list for things to get used to.

Family, right? Cecil asked, the boardinghouse she mentioned earlier must have belonged to an aunt or something.

Sounds like the Hudson Valley. Thought Cecil, except upstate was hillbilly hell compared to somewhere as cool sounding as Ireland.
The sun was up now, and Cecil streched his arms, his wings in the back shifting around uncontrollably.

Reading the words, Jasmine turned her head towards the sun that had risen. "How long have we been here?" she thought, her head turning back to Cecil as she wrote her reply. "So it is. ^^ We must've been out here a while..."

"Good point." Jasmine replied again. She looked at the sun as her eyes closed to a small breeze rising in her head's direction, her dirty blond, shoulder-length hair blowing away from the front of her body from the gentle wind.
