Well, I do think your friend is very pretty. But the fact is, unless she learns for herself to just be happy with the way she is, she probably will continue to have self esteem issues. People can tell her she's pretty all day, but she won't believe until she makes that decision for herself.
That's my two cents on it, anyway. Hope I didn't offend you in any way or something like that

No one can really call themselves ugly in my opinion. I mean everyone has flaws, but does anyone know what true beauty looks like? I mean people connect it to models. Models who have an eating disorder I might add, and they're not healthy at all. I think beauty is in the eyes of the beholder. Beauty is something inside. People now-a-day worry too much about what's on the outside, they don't pay attention to what's on the inside. I walk through the halls of the my school, with hair in my face and no make-up. I figure, people who should mean a lot to me, will not judge me on the outside, but what's on the inside. I know I sound like some sort of hippy...I get that a lot. I hope this helps though.

hell, she looks skinnier than me, and she doesn't look half bad in the face. I say all she needs is a nice boyfriend, try to go for the nerd type cuz they're normally the good ones. sometimes you can find a real good guy in the normal populace, but she needs a good one for sure, so go for the geek! lol. besides, some of them dont look half bad.

Well, she is very pretty but you can tell your freind that looks always don't matter and it is what counts on the inside and she shouldn't mess with people who tell her she is ugly.
