It seems in this game that people are just sheeping and wanting to be sheeped and all that. I really don't get it at all. Also people don't even try to think.
Another thing that annoys me is that if you try defending your self like a normal person would your even more suspicious...
And, also people aren't really thinking about who they vote for they just go, oh look every one else is voting for him why don't I?
So I've come up with this idea, that some people might just hate... >.<
But it would probably solve the problem.
If your sniped, and or jailed you can't post in the main forum.
Think about it for a second, it will make people really think before they sheep, and it would also make defending your self reasonable, it will also add a strategic twist where the sniper can actually shut people up.
Any way it's just a thought, don't hate me for it, and I don't want a flame war to start. So if you don't like it fine be me, I can see why you wouldn't.
But let me add this, there is always the Sniper Chatter box fourm thing you can go too. >.<

The person who gets sniped can't talk.
And if your jailed you can't talk.
So it would give motive to defend your self other then OMG YOUR DEFENDING BECAUSE YOU'RE SNIPER.

I think that might backfire and make some people even less interested. sweatdrop
Who's going to want to hang around if they can't really be a part of the game by pointing fingers and so on in the main forum. Some people would be "This is boring, I'm dead/jailed and now I can't do anything in the game. I think i'm going to go and do something else"
You could say that they could only post in a Jailhouse or Cemetary thread but don't know how well that would go over either. :/

Actually, I like this. In Mafia, you can't talk when you're dead or jailed. You also vote unanimously, which we have too many people to do, but still, it forces people to have reasons and try to change other people's minds. It gets boring when people are just here to sheep people. It would get the less serious people out and make for a more interesting game.

but I do agree that some things need to be changed to make it a bit more interesting :3

I disagree. The whole point of the game is listed on the front page: Quote: The GCDSG is a game of lying, cheating, treachery, betrayal, alliances, community, friendship, chaos, gore, humor, and fun. Lying, cheating, treachery, betrayal, and gore are all on the list. If the sniped or jailed can't post in the main forum, then what would be left of the game? Not much at all. Plus, it would be kind of awkward if a sniper was about to win, and there were five or six people left in the game.

This keeps happening. People complain before the game about sheeping/sheepvoting. Then, the moment the game starts, those same people are making sheeping threads and sheepvoting.
It's not like you have no free will, people. mad D
I think you have an interesting idea. n.n It may be a bit restrictive, though.
