I don't mean this to be offensive in anyway, but her face reminds me of a pig's face. o__o Because of her ears, plump cheeks, and especially the nose. I think if something was done about the nose, it'd make the face look a bit less pig-ish...
rofl Her eyes also look kinda.. I dunno. Half-closed? Like stoned/really sleepy? I dunno if you did that on purpose or not. I think it'd how the eyebrows are positioned, and the tilt that the eyes are on. The huge pupils might also be adding to that.
The hair looks kinda scribbly... try using longer strokes to draw hair. If you use the pen tool on the hair too (as in, not only for the lineart), it'd be easy to get long tapered strokes.
Her arms and legs look kind of long for the chibi image her face portrays. If you made her arms shorter and her hands smaller, that'd make her look more chibi-ish. Chibi arms tend to not have such a pronounced bend where the elbow is. Here's an
example of what I mean.
Well, that's all I can think of right now. Your art has improved a lot, and I'm sure you're gonna improve even more if you keep drawing.
