(( Sorry, couldn't think of a decent title. 8D;; ))

The young juvenile was angered by the sudden actions that had happened to her recently. She left the pridelands, chasing down some other lions who she scared in their wits. But, now that she was on her own -- what was her true reason for going this far? Her fragile, yet cunning personality is mostly what drove her to continue traveling.

It was the afternoon and the sun was still high enough in the sky to make the midday seem as hot as the desert. Her ears flung back with disgust as she retreated to the nearest tree shade. She had plenty things on her mind, by now. One of them being about her family. If her demonic side still 'had control', she wouldn't give a damn about them right now, but some things were bothering her.

She just sat there, awaiting fate to run into her like a freight train. The female was too oblivious to notice anything nearby, even with her seer abilities. She had no time to go into a prediction right now. She was too uptight from all the stress she gained from traveling alone.

Mrost was travelling to Storm Valley once again, crossing a massive amount of land to do so, criss crossing around to keep Tanaka off of his tail, he often left his generals on their own while he scouted ahead or while they rested, and in this heat, who could blame them? Still, he was not as affected by the elements as mortals were, he could trudge endlessly across inhospitable terrain indifferent to what went on round about him. He was restless today so he did what he knew best and just walked.

He noticed the female nearby only through a chance glance in the right direction, the result was a frown that flickered briefly in his expression as he tried to decide wether to just walk on or to address the other. He eventually settled on the latter, deciding that no one would be going anywhere in this heat anyway, even his armour searing hot to the touch and he might as well see what brought a solitary lion all the way out here, possibly to die.

He padded into view, as usual, his godlike attributes unconcealed. He only hid those traits in pridelands and this was no pridal land. "A little young to be out here all alone?" he said with a dark smirk "Could get eaten by wild dogs, hyenas of even other lions that are so inclined."

The blue hued lion just sat there idle for a moment, staring into space. Her tail flicked about loosely, until her concentration was broken. Releasing a slight growl, Kilango turned to view the large male towering over her.

"Pity. Thought it was a snack to gnaw on. ... ... " She rolled her eyes and looked away, she had no reason to associate with such an odd looking thing. "Anyways, what does age matter? I've been on my own since I was a cub. I don't need parents ... ... or anyone who thinks their 'wise' to tell me what to do."

She grinned, her red eyes glaring as she peered back at Mrost. "I could kill a Wild Dog, any day."

Silence fell for only a few seconds, as she was suddenly falling into interest with this lion. "So, whats a ... blue nut like you doing out here near me? How can you even be blue in the first place? ... I thought my family was the only blue bloodline around." She chuckled lightly, turning to face him. A smirk on her maw.

Mrost smirked "Wild Dogs travel in packs, a pack would tear you to pieces easily." he shugged "Though don't get me wrong, I'm not a lion who thinks they are wise or gives a damn if you survive or not. I just am." he shrugged, dropping the smirk in favour of indifference, walking back into the sunlight, away from the cub he had marked as a lunatic with a death wish, juveniles could survive on their own, he knew that, it was why his generals were the age they were. It made little difference to him. He flexed his wings lazily before resettling them alongside the bony spikes on his back and examining her again, somewhat thoughtful.

"I go where I like, you tend to when you can fly. As for why I'm blue, I always have been, since the beginning. Uncountable years ago. I haven't changed since then and therefore I'm still blue." he shrugged "I tend to assume most blue lions are probably related to me somewhere, no matter how far back in their bloodline. It's arrogant but what the hell, all the blue lions I've ever met have been troublemakers, something you'd perhaps expect from the bloodline of war."

He snorted "Though for all I know you could be related to the god or goddess of sparkling summer skies or something equally pathetic." he curled his tail behind him, the steely spikes on it clinking together.

The juvenile spat as Mrost spoke. "Wild dogs are stupid, anyways. They wouldn't be able to fool me. I'm smarter than your average cub."

Kilango narrowed her eyes with disgust. "If i'm related to you, then ... this is hell. I'm blue because my grandmother's father was blue, as is my own father. My blue looks ... nothing like yours." She hissed, and then stood up.

She paused, and then thought about what the male had said. " ... ... wait, you can FLY?!?" Amused, she sat back down, curious to this flying thing. The last comment didn't make it's way to her brain. The god now had her attention. She was so oblivious, she didn't even notice his wings, but now that he had mentioned it, she stared in awe.

"Wow. If only I could fly."

Mrost was hopelessly amused by this cub, her words merely interesting him rather than making him angry. After all, as god of war, he had to work with some of the most arrogant and aggressive individuals found anywhere, a bit of attitude didn't make a jot of difference to him. He shrugged "Fair enough, I didn't say you /were/ related, in fact I'm very relieved that you are not. I have too many family members as it is and too many of them are asking for me to dispatch them before they bring more dishonour on my blood."

He gave her a long, slow look, as though it should have been obvious that he could fly, even though his wings looked hardly capable of doing so. "Yes. I can fly. It's not very novelty after a while. ******** with the heads of preybeasts though, it's the last thing they expect. Ever."
