Now will can create small changes. It can create larger changes to but generally that takes alot of concentration and effort. This requires work on the part of the practitioner.

When you start out start out thinking about different ways to get what you want. If you want to do something concerning the weather think about why it rains. Think about Why it snows. Think about why the wind blows. Think about how to use natural things to aid you. You won't be able to do much most liekly.

Study the flow of energy. If you want to make soemthing cold focus on drawing energy in from it. If you want to make something warm focus on pushing energy into it.

Work Alot on channeling. Work on meditation and concentration. Work on knowing how the world works because when you actually try thing you will need this knowledge.

Work on trying to find the what comes easier for you and then work on expanding that. Its always nice to find something comes a bit easier because that means perhaps in another life that is what you studied.
