Maybe it means they regularly converse with the newly dead.

Like, maybe it was someone who talks to me often.

...Which would be Game or Roger, and I know it's not Roger because firstly, he got the CK PM and declined that, and secondly, because I would not allow him to kill me unless I was soon to be jailed.
