The Persian, le duh.
My dad is always bothering me about the moneky actually. >.< He says PoTO is all about the monkey because it starts and ends with it.

Do I even have to answer? Persian! For a few good reasons, I might add.
1: The Persian actually helps Raoul, the monkey doesn't.
2: The Persian has known Erik as long as Giry, possibly longer
3: The Persian is my favorite character from the Leroux book
4: The Persian would make the musical better, and possibly less...Gerik focused.

I'd choose the music box, because, it shows a softer side to Erik, and it is kind of a metaphor for the Persian...i mean the robes? but anewhoo...Webber did butcher the book so what is one less character? confused
