It's going to be both stores for me after Christmas--I've already gotten gift cards for both!

The closest store to my home is Borders but I prefer the overall atmosphere of Barnes and Noble.

I like the Cafe at Borders better but the selection at Barnes and Noble is superior. I live in the boonies now though, so the only book store I go to regularly is a little used bookstore in town. Still, how cool is it to have a used bookstore within walking distance. I think I like it better than either big chain anyway. It carries books I can actually afford sweatdrop

Well I like borders better because I can search for things, that are for private intrests rather then having to ask some person I don't know to help me find it. But Barnes has more manga >.<; so its a tye.

For me, it depends.
If Barnes and Nobles at the mall doesn't have what I'm looking for, normally Books-a-Million will have it. ^^

I have never been to a Borders... I don't even recall one being in my area.
I shop for books and manga at Books.A.Million because there is one very close by. ^^ I go to Barnes & Noble when I can't find what I want at B.A.M. I went there a lot more before the B.A.M was built. xD

I noticed something that bothers me. (I don't have a Borders) Books-a-Million always has a wider book selection... but not with manga. At least here where I live. But our Barnes and Nobles has almost anything I'm looking for when it comes to that. So, when I want two different books that are in two different places... it gets rather frustrating! scream
