Introduction
Young and determined lovers struggle to stay together. Shattering each other’s hearts quickly, and mending them back in time. In this tale forgiveness and tears are plenty. This is the tale of Aiden and Anna.
Love
Anna: Everyday we’ve spent, Is to my heart’s content. Is this lust pretending to be love, To be tragic like the mourning dove?
Aiden: Forget your fears, Forsake your tears. You are my heart This I’ve known from the start.
Light
Anna: My fears of a losing him disappeared with those words. This was not just a high school teenage romance. I knew then that I was no longer stumbling alone in life. Sometimes life seems to be an underground tunnel other times it was brighter than the sun. I knew he’d be my light through the darkness.
Dark
Aiden: I meant every word I said. I was born to a dark path, and she is so innocent. It was that glow about her that pulled me to her. I cannot piece together why. I know I do love her. For her I would stray from my destiny. The darkness in which I live might be lifted.
Seeking Solace:
The angel of dark, Enchanted by the angel of light. She passed through the sacred arc, He arrived in the cover of night.
His dark and troubled mind, Was seeking her solace. Her true identity he had yet to find. Their love taking up a fast pace.
Break away
Aiden: I fear I cannot break away from what has been predicted. Shall my love be lost with a war in which she has no part? Damn my part in this destruction!
Heaven
The soft, gentle clouds part And brillant rays shine. The glorious light takes her breath.
A gentle but strong voice speaks. “You were chosen, To tempt the darkest of creatures. Beware of him.
His black heart Will not be easily swayed. The task will not be painless, Your pure heart will take on ache.
Let it not fall to disdain, Stay simple and pure.

Innocence
Anna: The words rang through my mind. How could I a mere sixteen year old face the darkest of creatures? My world was shaken. Every inch of me trembled with trepidation. Who could it be? Tempt him? How? From what?
Drive
She found herself in a small thatch hut. She had no idea where she was. A tall man sat on a wooden chair staring at something on the other side of the room. Anna turned to see a woman of unearthly beauty. The woman beckoned the man as if trying to draw him to her. The man rose from the chair and walked towards the woman. With each step he took it seemed his energy was drained. Anna took her eyes from him and placed them on the woman. The beautiful maid turned her head towards her. She smiled revealing pointed fangs as bat like wings rose from her back. Anna started to shriek, when she suddenly found her self somewhere else.
The room was completely white and she was sitting on a white stool. The same gentle voice sounded again. “In order to succeed in your task, you must first face other demons. That was a succubi. They appear as beautiful woman seducing men to have sexual intercourse. They collect men’s semen and morph into the men into incubus. They then impregnate a woman The demon will come to you in your dreams you must defeat it.”
Anna awoke and sat straight up. It was a dream. That creature, it sucked the life from him. She thought of Aiden, these creatures must be stopped.
Breathe Again
Aiden: I found her upon her bed, sleeping gently and soundly. I gazed upon her brilliant face. She was gorgeous. Her face twisted into a grimace, and she seemed to be in a struggle. A nightmare I thought. It’s best to leave her sleeping, better chance of her not remembering the nightmare. I stroked her hair and her body calmed. It made me smile; she really was the light in my darkness. She had become the air I breathe. To simply breathe again was wonderful.

Memory
He felt so wonderful with her asleep beside him. She was the only thing that gave him release from that fateful day. It was his fifteenth birthday, his parents decided to tell him he was adopted. That night while lying in his bed, he met his father. A tall man with dark wings and a strong distinct voice. Aiden was told he was the one known as the “Beast.” He would bring great destruction to the world. He was to rise to power, and bring peace to the world. His supporters were to receive his mark. He was to bring about judgment day.
Insanity
Anger swelled inside him. An anger for the evil that dwelled in him. Why must he be the carrier of this burden? He wanted it to be gone, it drove him crazy. The reason he would have to leave her was for a war that was not his own. With that thought he blacked out.
Misfortune
The fight was over; she awoke feeling success. The crash came suddenly. She turned to see Aiden. The crash was the shattering of her mirror. He turned to her seeming possessed. He started throwing her things from the desk. A demon has entered him was her first impulse. She jumped up and wrapped her arms around him. He struggled and she spoke to him softly. His body went limp, and he dropped to the floor.
Smile
Aiden
The most beautiful sight I ever did see, Made me rise to new height, From which I dare not flee.
The sight to which I awaken, Is the brilliance of her smile. The sight from which my eyes cannot be taken, Makes life worthwhile.

Silence
He gazed around the room, what had happened? He looked into her bright amber eyes. Cool, sad tears filled them. His heart felt her sadness. He embraced her and pulled her close. The silence between them was not of the awkward kind. Nothing had to be said; they both knew that they were meant to be.

Questioning
“Wha-what happened.” he whimpered out.
“I’m not sure.”
Had he hurt her? Was she afraid of him? His mind racing as it filled with questions. Her mind at the same time was racing also. Was one of her demons running through him, Corrupting his mind and changing him into a rampaging monster. Was she seeing his dark side? Questions poured into both of their minds.
Blood
Aiden As my mind was racing I noticed it, the blood trickling from her arm. A shred of glass had cut into her when the mirror burst. I led her to the bathroom just down the hall. Trying to be tender and careful, I removed the glass.
Rainbow
Anna He raised the glass to light. Then light caught it, and was instantly bent. Color spread across the gray wall. Amazing something that had just harmed me created something so beautiful with the aid of light.
Gray
Anna The shred slipped from his hand, and we were once again left to the dull, gray walls. The wonderful assortment of colors was gone just as easily as it had come. It saddened me to think that the good things in life were so easily changed, while the darker things sometimes don’t even disappear in the light.
Fortitude
My dear young son, Do not forsake your fate. For it must be done. Forget your petty mate.
It is what you were born to do. Bring me justice, bring me pride. I have faith in you, To join my grateful side.
Have the intensity Forsake your fear To fulfill your propensity. The time is soon near

Vacation
Who are you to tell me What I’m naturally inclined to do My father never held a halo, my mother never flew, But destruction is not a future I wish to see My future is she, It shall never be with you. So, do not tell me what I shall do She is what I want, that I am sure. She is my earth, she is my air. You are like trash and smog Polluting and destroying without hesitation. I love her, this I swear. Return back to your dark fog. From you I need a vacation
Mother Nature
His father was gone and he was glad. He walked through the woods behind his house trying to clear his mind. Nature’s beauty always calmed him. He found it ironic, him the son of the devil calmed by Mother Nature.
Cat
A small kitten darted out from the bushes. Curiosity struck him, and he followed the kitten. The kitten dashed head; his curiosity peaked even more. He ran after it. He came to a small clearing with tall grass. The kitten was nowhere in sight. He stepped into the clearing finding that it was no clearing at all. He tumbled down a steep slope, scraping his torso against rocks as he fell. When he came to a stop, he pulled himself up from the ground and found the kitten.
No Time
Anna saw a lovely woman leaving a beautiful garden. The voice spoke once again.
“This is Lilith, first wife of Adam. She left the Garden of Eden on her own free will. She refused to return to Adam, and was commanded to slay 100 of her children. She is mother of succubus and incubi. She preys upon small young children. You have little time to prepare.”
