I would first like to start off by saying:
The group is not officially accepting members until customs open and we get the two remaining wolves, which are ironicly the two we need most. XD Moving on!
The Arcane Circle is not a pack, but a group of wolves. The word 'arcane' meaning 'known or understood by few', and a circle being an endless thing that continues on forever.
The group benefits each other, but holds no loyalty to one another beyond these benefits. Things such as food, water, and even revenge can be gained by these wolves with the others assistance in exchange for their own. Because of this disloyalty, new 'members' are not easily accepted, as the risk of treason and murder is a constant, and very high threat level as is.
In order to be accepted in the group, a wolf must first be elected by an original or long-time member. This wolf must then gain the approval of an advisor (mostly Shore but at times Crane), before going any further. After that, the entire group will gather together. Each and every member must accept the new addition, or they are refused. If a wolf plays their cards right, so to speak, and is accepted, they have various, extremely-talented wolves at their disposal.
However, it is important to note that those who enter the Arcane Circle are never free of it until death, and anyone who quits will be considered a threat to the group and hunted down by one or more assassins. They have also been known to band together and kill wolves they suspect of future treason without hesitation.
The group members have various 'occupations' or 'skills':

.Jobs/Occupations/Ranks/etc.
Assassins: These wolves are not always the blood-thirsty beasts many see them as (though they can be), but they aren't hesitant to kill if it benefits them or gains some sort of vengence. Assassins are known to be soft footed, and should do their work cleanly, leaving little trace for others to detect. Sloppy jobs mean sloppy deaths for the killers.
Spies: Spies may spend weeks, months, or even years in one pack gathering information. They know more wolves, and all about said wolves, in their lifetime than most would find out if they were given three. It takes an extremely talented wolf to uphold such a job.
Messangers: These wolves are in equvilancy with omega in a normal pack, one might say. They must be agile and preferablely small in size. It's a risky job, and although they are told information to deliver, they are generally kept out of the loop and looked down upon. Advisors: Advisors are smart and logical wolves, and at times are even turned to for advice. They have first say on who's in and out, as well as ordering deaths. However, they're still just as at risk of danger as anyone else.
Seducers: These wolves must not only be easy on the eyes, but have charm and wit enough to fool someone into giving them information or lowering their guard when need be. They can be both male and female. A seducer is not supposed to have offspring.
Thieves: Theives love what they do and are sly and sneaky wolves similar to spies, and thus one of the most untrusted. They are most often killed by slip-ups or their own faults rather than group murder or natural causes such as old age. They tend to be the fastest wolves, second only to messangers, but they also tend to be physically weak. In most cases they steal for themselves, but are also required to steal for the group in exchange for their own well-being.
.Difficulty. (Meaning how hard it is to obtain each job/whatever.)
Assassin: It's not as difficult to become an assassin within the Arcane Circle as some other things, but they are monitored very closely once accepted and are known to be killed the most often. They will be put through tests that usually consist of displaying hunting skills, but occasionally, they may be required to kill another wolf to prove themselves.
Spies: It is extremely difficult to become a spy, as it requires at least a slight bit of trust from the advisors, something the group as a whole does not have in plentiful stock. Potential spies may first have to be messangers.
Messangers: An easy job to aquire, but the weakest as well. Less trusted messangers will only deliver less risky messages.
Advisors: This is the hardest job to gain, and requires the death of both Shore and Crane before any others stake a claim on it.
Seducers: Wolves interested in this must first be attractive, but they must also be smart. Fairly easy to obtain.

.Joining.
As it was said, until the arrival of Crane/Shore, no official acceptance of the group can be made IC. However, it would still be best if those approved OOC (so they we don't get any goodie goodies) still meet with at least one or more group members.
Please RP your wolf as you would RP them in the group, and don't bend their character to be liked by group members. Keep in mind generally no one already in the group likes each other, it's more about if the others feel they'll be helpful to them.
Post this form in the thread if interested. <3
Name: Gender: Picture/URL to Picture: Why would they fit in IC?: Which job are you after and why do they deserve it?:
Also, if you have any ideas for new jobs, please say what.

.Rules/Stuff to Know.
IC:
- Wolves of the group are not required to assist one another beyond what can be considered equal exchange.
- If any one wolf becomes too powerful (including advisors), they are at high risk of being killed.
- Attachments to other wolves (mates, offspring, etc.) will not be respected and are a risk to the wolf who harbors them.
- Not all wolves will be accepted. The group is high-strung and picky.
- Traitors will have an order for their death. Just because they lack loyalty doesn't mean it isn't betrayal.
OOC:
- Please do not whine if your wolf isn't accepted. Cute and cuddly characters just won't fit in here. D:
- Please do notnotnot get your wolf in with your first intentioning being to automatically make them backstab/betray the others. Let's RP some first, k?
- Your wolf is not forbidden to have a mate or puppies if they're part of the Arcane Circle, it's just extremely risky for them to have any emotional attachments or favortisim.
- The Arcane Circle is not a secret organization (though wolves also aren't obligated to announce they're part of it). It is also not a pack. There is no alpha, beta, etc. rankings within the group no matter what lineart anyone is on.
- In addition to the above, because they are not a pack, your wolf can still be in a pack and in the group.

Name: Dakeyras
Gender: Male
Picture: [x]
Why would they fit in IC: Dak is quiet, but he won't put up with s**t from any other group member, and he won't do anything for anyone unless it benifits himself. For a long time he had a vendetta against several wolves, and he's hardened himself while hunting them down and dealing with them. He can take care of himself and isn't afraid of much.
His only weakness might be a female, but that wouldn't be until a while later on, and only if he meets the right one. He is good at taking orders from those he thinks are smart and will listen to common sense and good advice. If he doesn't agree, he won't do it.
Which job are you after and why do they deserve it?: The job I'm after here is assassin. Hard to say why he deserves it without making him sound all powerful - which he isn't. But suffice it to say he's been out and about hunting down the wolves he's had a grudge against for the past several years. It was all revenge - they killed his loved ones, and he went after them. Since then he's been used by others (including Leu) to kill, among other odd jobs. Overall, he's skilled (despite his scars XD!) and good at what he does.

Name: Haplo
Gender: Male
Picture: [x]
Why they would fit in IC: Just to set things straight, Haplo is far from cutsy and cuddly. He's what you might call an instigator, or a catalyst. He enjoys starting fights, not between him and another wolf, but between two others. He's sarcastic, somewhat egotistical, and isn't afraid of fighting for his position, or just because he's bored.
His only problem would be taking orders - he would have to be beaten down an made to acknowledge his leaders as his superior. Or, be saved by one (in a drastic way, not just simply step in and fight. Haplo would have to be near death). After that, he would be loyal for life - or until he's betrayed - to the one who beat/saved. Otherwise he might be somewhat unreliable, and he may decide to take matters into his own hands.
What job are you after and why do they deserve it?: For Haplo I'm looking for messenger, at least at first. Like I said earlier, his biggest... well, joy, in life is creating strife. Of course, it isn't much fun unless you're being paid to do it. As a messenger, Haplo could be relied upon to deliver it either truthfully, or twisted to give a different meaning with the same words.
Basically, he is a good speaker blessed with fairly quick wits and a quick mind. He's good at making people think things without ever actually saying it. Obviously he can screw up - anyone can - but he's also fairly good at saving his own hide when things don't go as planned.
That's it. 8D I won't whine if they're not accepted, I swear. XD;;;

Name: Silas Gender: Male Picture/URL to Picture: [X] Why would they fit in IC?: Silas is a clever wolf, he thinks before speaking almost all the time. He is happy with taking roders from those he respects and can be eager to please, but only those he believes deserves his loyalty.
He is living around Meskeets pack at the moment and though he isn't part of it there is a possibility he might become part of it. As Meskeet is a seer I dont know whether this will create a problem, however he isn't part of it and if need be he would find a way of leaving. Also, he is only a teen at the moment, I don't know if that would cause any problems or not. Which job are you after and why do they deserve it?: I would probably say seducer. Silas is pleasing to the eye and a very quick thinker. He is able to make up stories fast and knows when to show respect even if he doesn't feel it. He knows how to make females feel special and he also knows how to listen, or at least pretend to. He is a little charmer by nature though a little sarcastic at times. I also dont believe he would ever mate, settling down with pups isn't his thing though I think he would have made a good father.

Name: Alex Gender: Male Picture/URL to Picture: Click! Why would they fit in IC?: Alex is a sly b*****d. To put it nicely. Kicked out of his old pack as a teen for taking an old wolfesses life, Alex has been on his own since then. He feels a considerable amount of spite towards his old pack, and is always grumbling something about their betrayl. While in his old pack, Alex was a hooligan. He had no respect for others, their property, or their well being, he was just out to please himself. Alex isn't a loyal or trusty creature in the least but, bit if one gains his respect, he will do as is required of him off of sheer principle alone. But then again, he just likes to have fun... In his own, mean little way. Which job are you after and why do they deserve it?: Best suited for Alex would probably be theif. He's rather sneaky, and has a reputaion of getting in and out of places with things he wants unnoticed. Hopefully, he can be made to surrender whatever it is he steals, because he loves hoarding pretty things. Alex could also be suited as a seducer. He got a quick, sharp tounge and the strange was he talks is very intriguing, though he does come on strong every time he goes near a female.

Name: Tiberius Gender: Male Picture/URL to Picture: [x]Why would they fit in IC?: Tiber fits in that he's vicious, sadistic, and to the wrong wolf he's only trustworthy as far as you can throw him. If he finds something that can suit his own interests, he is fiercely loyal to it. Tiber is also noticeably out of his mind and switches between openly evil and old English gentleman seemingly on a whim. He is very paranoid at times, but is not stupid by any means. Without trying to explain him too much further, he would essentially fit in because he can cause death, harm, and mayhem without a glimmer of remorse or regret. He's loyal and manageable where the situation suits him, so the possibility of Tiber backstabbing a group who can help in his own aims is very slim. He might have to be reminded every so often, but he's not crazy enough to devalue his own life. He is not easily tricked or sexually distracted, if he were the very loud voices of his own creation would yell at him. Which job are you after and why do they deserve it?: Tiberius could easily fit the role of assasin, as explained above. If he's given a damn good reason to, he can hide his insanity long enough to be a seducer, but that in itself is unreliable for the moment. (Future RP could make him better or worse, we'll see.)
