Event Winners!
There were plenty of events for the Holidays, some participated in more than others. Read about each of the contests to hear about the winners, and further down for information about prizes. ^_^
Bumping Contest!
The bumping Contest was close between our two members Qutikyri and DNAngel_Dark, but in the end Dark wound up with more bumps (or should I say, Darks). She pulled off an amazing 1,025 Darks! Congratulations!
Art Contest!
We had two beautiful entries, from dragon_girl07 and ShadowAvi_101. It was a tough call, and Zakura-chan had a hard time deciding who to pick. But in the end, she made a decision...
It's a tie!
Yep, Zakura-chan loved both of the pictures so much, that she decided that they both had to win! Check out dragon_girl07's picture here, and ShadowAvi_101's here!
Fan-Fiction Contest!
The fan-fiction contest has been extended indefinitely. Zakura-chan is currently thinking about a month's extension, to February 1st. We'd like to know what you guys think! Please only suggest a date if you're sincerely going to enter the contest. ^_^
Tektek Contest!
The Tektek contest was one of our most popular contests, alongside the bump contest. Everyone had creative entries, and they were all so well done! The winner was ShadowAvi_101, who's entry you can see here!
About Prizes
Alright, Zakura and are aren't going to lie to you guys. We're pretty much out of money. Zakura-chan has already spent 15,000 Gold in the Raffle Prize and on two of the sub-forums. Since the guild's fund covered the remaining sub-forums costs, we're down to about 700 Gold, closer to 800 if you include Zakura-chan's money. So, winners, you can either wait while we earn more money and receive a prize such as a clothing item, or Gold, or you can receive a custom-made banner that Zakura-chan will make herself (once she installs Paint Shop Pro onto her new computer) or other, computer-based image of your choice.
All participants in all the contests will be receiving a custom banner! By banner, we mean an image that you can place in your sig that possibly links back to this guild. If you participated in some way, shape, or form, then please let Zakura-chan know what kind of a banner you'd like, and how big you'd like it to be. If you're confused...post here or contact me or Zakura-chan!
Sub-forums!
An exciting part of the guild is beginning to take shape, and that is the sub-forums! Currently they're not able to be seen by anyone except Zakura-chan and I, but the two of us are setting them up and they'll be available in the upcoming days!
If you didn't notice, the names are rather bland. If anyone can think of any sort of cool name for any of them, please suggest them! It'd be especially awesome if they were DNAngel, or even Dark related! ^__^ There may be a small prize for anyone who thinks up a good name. biggrin
Now that there are sub-forums, some of your favorite threads may be moved into them! Don't panic! It's just to help keep things organized. ^_^
