Why are you asking?
If you or a friend think you may be pregnant, trying to judge by the symptoms is a very bad idea. You need to go get yourself a pregnancy test right away and see a doctor as soon as possible. Many women will actually create pregnancy symptoms if they are worried about being pregnant.

Depending on when your period is due the first symptom (missing your period) could be noted from one to four weeks. Other symptoms are variable from person to person and not reliable to judge. If you or someone you know THINKS they might be pregnant then wait till about one week past when you think you should have gotten your period and then take a pregnancy test.
