ok, i think our viewing audience may be a bit young for roswell... but i think it was on around the time buffy got started.
anyhow.... um.. i love the idea of aliens living among us and struggling with their "humanity".

eek I watched Roswell with my dad on the SciFi channel. It was a good show but I forget the characters names. It was a really good show. The guy that goes out with Maria is cute heart - I forget his name dam- xD

Ooo! I love(d) Roswell! I've got the DVDs and everything! *hehe* Alas, it played SO late here (Australia), but I still managed to catch every episode!! smile
And, in relation to Buffy, Jason Behr (Max) was in an episode of Buffy ("Lie to Me") playing an old friend from her old school in LA. I'm pretty sure Roswell started that year, or the next year... So... During Season 2 or 3 of Buffy.
*sigh* The Max/Liz relationship... The ANGST!!! *reminisces*

good lord yes - and i LOVED when he showed up on Buffy - and then cried cuz his poor brain was broken and he had to die. lol i never saw his character on buffy as evil.
max and liz? they're poofsters... i always loved maria and michael, so much sexier.... not really LOVE LOVE but sexy.
max and liz - they cut the show off and that ending just felt so damned forced, i always wanted to know what happened next lol.

lol.... Yeah... I think I agree with what you're saying... There was something... So... Odd and dainty about the Max/Liz relationship... But when I first saw the show? My heart ached... And when Future!Max came?? And there's topless Jason? And that episode TORE MY HEART OUT!!
But Maria/Michael was always so much... Hotter... smile The sheer chaos... The constant tares Michael tore into Maria... By accident... *sigh*
lol. Did anyone else get really amused when Jason and Sarah Michelle were working together once more on The Grudge??? SO weird... lol Yet, so RIGHT! biggrin
But I, too, hated the ending... When I got the DVDs... And was watching... Well, I'd do marathons... Where I'd do nothing but watch the show... And I'll have dreams, yeah? Roswell dreams... *sighs* And they'd be all angsty! lol. No other TV show makes me have ANGSTY dreams when I do a marathon. Just Roswell. lol
