I think we all know that different people usually have slightly or very different ideas of the meanings of words.
So, keep in mind in the future, maybe a person you are talking to has a different idea of what something means, and might be saying something different.
Discuss: Times you've had problems with people because of a misunderstanding of what a particular word means. Words you have that you know doesn't quite fit the normal meaning most people seem to have, and why if you can.

Oh Yeah! Quote: those are the basics of teaching a person how to make energy structures. you teach a person the power language so that they may study the structures of speech and the signifiers. the relationships of the letters sounds and meanings ends up enabling the person to construct their own spell. Hehe... the structure of definition... mixed with the structure of energy = power language= energy structures= my love <3

Always, always, always, religious terminology is a problem. I try to be quite clear with my posts, but it doesn't always end up that way. I notice that when most use the word "God" they most often mean only the Abrahamic God and nothing else. And then there's words like "faith." Perhaps even worse than the word "faith" is the word "magic" or at least what we mean by it within the occultic/New Age/Neopagan communities. Though true we ourselves vary on the definitions, we're more on the same page than if you're trying to talk with someone outside those communities who will immediately think "Magic? Pfft. Make believe." By and large, kids don't understand how important active listening is. Don't assume you know what the other person means by a term. Clarify by restating what you think they said and asking if that's about right.
