Several hours later
-Rain came back to the house. She had Bridget on her shoulder. She unlocked and opened the front door. She walked in, setting down the Usagi. Who was free to roam as he pleased. She glanced to the clock and walked into the kitchen. There were six kittens sitting patiently at their bowls. She looked down to them and chuckled- Yeah, Yeah... I'll feed ya guys. -She was glad her previous life had paid so well. She walked over to the fridge and pulled out the slabs of steaks. She moved to cut them up dropping the meat in each bowl. She chuckled softly as she watched hungry kittens eat their dinners. She moved to fill up the three oversized water bowls. She wanted to make sure no one went thristy or hungry. There was kibble that the kittens seemed to enjoy as well. She moved to grab the jar of green ointment, heading into the room that Cameela slept in. She was glad the window hadn't been busted in. She moved over to the sleeping Aeon and looked her over. She would clean the injuries later. For now she just needed to rub the ointment over them. Which she did slowly and carefully. She could have stitched it back together but it wasn't sure if it would have been a good idea. She moved to carefully spread a thin layer of the ointment over the injuries. She smiled a bit as she finished. She closed up the jar then walked out of the room. She washed her hands. Looked down to Bridget and sighed- Geez, I'm sorry little man. -She moved to get a salad out of the fridge. She poured it into a bowl and poured a bit of ranch dressing over it. She mixed it with her hands and smiled to Bridget- There you are. -She washed her hands again. Grabbed out two 20oz steaks from the fridge. She walked out the back door and came face to face with her oldest males. She looked to them and sighed- Now, I know you didn't mean to hurt her but you did. The damage is done, you can't undo it. -She tossed Rezal a steak, which he caught. He dropped down and began eatting. She tossed one to Cypher, which he also caught and mimiced Rezal. She moved to sit on her covered swing. She sighed heavily- Let's just hope she isn't too upset at you two......

The Next Day
-Rain woke slowly. The sound of unclipped claws tapping along the floor indicated to her that the kittens were up and ready for breakfast. She sat up in her bed and looked over to Bridget in his kitten bed. He looked so cute when he was asleep like that. She moved out of her room, into the kitchen. The six kittens were squabling with each other. It was early morning and it hardly was rough. She moved to drop uncooked sausages into the bowls. They needed variety in their diets. She checked the water and kibble bowls then departed the kitchen to go check on her Aeon. She had armor for Cameela to wear but she was hardly sure the female would want to wear it now. She turned back, heading to her room. She rifled through her drawers until she found a oversized teeshirt. She grabbed it and headed back to Cameela's new room. She knocked lightly on the door and opened it. She looked inside to find no sign of Cameela. She was worried but tried not to panic. She sniffed the air, ah, Cameela was hiding. She moved over to the closet and pulled open the door- Cameela, what is wrong my wee one? -She asked softly, moving to pull the Aeon to her-
-The change had been so sudden that it was scary. She looked up to Rain then curled up in the fetal postion and let her mommy hold her. Her back ached a lot less than it had the night before. She was feeling much better. She rested her head on Rain's chest and sighed heavily. There was no way Rain could understand this.-
-Rain would understand a change better than anyone in the world. She had violently changed into a wolf for months but she would explain all this to Cameela later. Right now the Aeon needed nothing more than to be held. Neither of them had noticed that it had started raining outside. Though, there was plently to do within the confines of the house and the barn for the older theras-

Several hours later
-Rain sighed a bit as she looked to the Aeon who was back in the bed. She pet her head a bit and smiled. She moved away from the Aeon who was seeming to adjust more and more as each hour passed. She had given Cameela part of the armor that Ezekiel had given her. So that the female was not completely nude and so that she could get used to the feel of the metal against her. The kittens had kept themselves entertained enough until they had gotten sleepy and napped. Too bad it was such a rainy day otherwise she would have woken them up and sent them outside. She walked into the egg room where she had set a new egg up on the shelf. Looking to her newest non-thera pet. A vupline named Demitri. She smiled a bit and polished the egg. Wondering when it was going to grow-

Contest Entry
One day while Rezal, Rain's thera, was walking in a spooky looking forest behind the house, he noticed a path that hadn't been there before. He sniffed at it a bit as he continued along the new path. It was getting hard to walk along the path as there was branches getting in the way. The screeches of a bat were heard over head as he continued along the path. One swooped down and ate a bug above his head. He ducked his head down and frowned. He hadn't seen most of the thera's all day and their scent was coming from this direction. He continued along the path, avoiding the sandy parts as he had heard of quicksand. He narrowly dodged the branches that seemed to reach out to scratch him. A root caught his foot and he tripped hitting the ground. He looked up to see glowing red eyes looking down to him. He jumped up and tried to swat at the body but his paw passed through it. He looked startled and started to run towards the scent of his family. This was getting scary. The trees seemed to attack him now, trying to twart his efforts of getting to the clearing that was up ahead. Finally, he leapt forward and tumbled into sight. Rain looked down to him and blinked.
"Rezal...Why did you take the long way to the party?"
He lifted up his head and looked around a bit. He found himself in the park near their house. A large halloween party going on. He blinked and looked to his family. Rain laughed a bit, she was wearing her Pimpette outfit.
"You are so cute, Rezal"
She moved to put a Officer's cap on his head.
"It's halloween night, Rezal. I told you about the party this morning. You silly Thera"
She laughed more and moved away from him. So after all that, he had been late for the party and he had come through the forest for no reason. He felt so silly. He straightened up and moved towards the party. Everyone was dressed up. Cameela looked like a princess, Cypher was dressed up like death, Princess looked like a bunny, Richard was dressed like a wolf, Bridget looked like a nurse, Rummah was dressed up like a fighter, Bast looked like Cleopatra, Mystique looked like a panther, and Keznar looked like a space pirate. The evening was fun for everyone.
