Other than dying of fangirl-ness, I'd tell my sister (she's a huge Death Note fan too) and together we'd probably go up and say how awesome he is, give him words of encouragement on the Kira case, ask him how things with his boyfriend are going, etc.
Then I'd give him my email address and tell him that I want to join the investigation team. biggrin

I'd probably go OMG IT'S L! and then glomp him....
He he.....I almost did that to a really good cosplayer....my friends were blocking my way, so I couldn't glomp him sweatdrop

I would fluff his hair up because I love his hair. Then I would ask for his DNA samp--I mean autogragh and stall his time by offering sweets! After that I would poke him multiple times, then probably randomly scream out "I adore you" then run away like a coward. emo
