First lemme say no disrespect to GSR shippers. I'm not trying to insult you in any way. I've known some people to get pretty heated over this...
Kay, here we go.
Personally, I'm a Grissom/Cath shipper. To me it looks like in just about every single episode season 1-5 they had some kind of intimate looking moment. Season 6 and 7 hasn't been too good, though. =[
People have said they look more like just good friends, but it seems like more than that to me. Gil could be with her, Lady H, even Sophia. In my opinion they're all better suited to him than Sara. He and she have had, what, 3 moments in the whole show that were romantic?
It seems to me that he's been rejecting her all along, yet had dinner with Sophia and Terri, had *something* with Lady H, and he and Cath look like they're together in every episode they're in together.
Gahh, someone explain it to me! gonk

I think with all those who believe in the concept of GSR have delved deeper into Sara and Grissom's characters, but I am not entirely sure.
All I know is that starting with the first episode that I saw ... GSR sorta flew at me.
So can't really answer your question Whore Flavored Condom ... but I've probably confused not only you ... but also myself ... all I know ... I will always follow the GSR way of life.

I don't recall GSR anything in the 1st episode. I can remember the episode Butterflied, and one time she wiped chalk off his face in some episode.

I love Grissom no matter with who he is but i'm a Sandle supporter so i think that Sara looks weird with Gil

Ahhh, this make my brain wanna go boooom. Not the 1st episode of the series ... the episode that I first saw. The episode was "Play with Fire." But hey, to each their own. I also then spent a lot of time reading fanfic so that might've influenced my choices as well. I not exactly a hardcore GSR fan with fanfic. I can easily see the logic behind the Greg/Sara pairing. But with the show ... and mostly with fanfiction it's GSR. Oh, perhaps an example of an advance from Grissom to Sara ... occurs in the episode Primum Non Nocere. Quote: SARA: You just don't like sports. GRISSOM: That's not true-- I've been a baseball fan my whole life. SARA: Baseball. Well, that figures. All those stats. GRISSOM: It's a beautiful game. SARA: Since when are you interested in beauty? GRISSOM: (without looking up) Since I met you. (Startled, SARA turns to look at GRISSOM.) Now, don't really know if that counts as an advance ... but I think it does.

GSR is odd... I mean I can see why people like them but i personally dislike the pairing! They little to no chemistry together and Sara is too...I dunno... she's just not meant to be with Grissom! Everytime they have to have a scene that hints that they "like" each other it seems like they are just reading off a script. Plus the age difference is 13 years apart.

But imagine if he said something like that to Catherine. I would think it would be an amazing example of GCR, but I think most people would just say "Oh, he's being nice to a friend."
But if all the moments that I think are cute or romantic-ish with Catherine happened with him and Sara, everyone would say it supported GSR.
Why is that?

I'm torn between Gil/Sara and Gil/Lady Heather. I think that Sara and Grissom are good for each other, but i also think that Gil and Heather would have a strong relationship. As for Catherine, i'm sure she has feelings for Warrick. I was watching an episode a couple of nights ago, where Cath discovers Warrick got married. She seemed upset and i thought it was because he hadn't invited her to the ceremony, but near the end of the episode, she's talking to him and she says something along the lines of she has feelings for him but now it's too late, sort of thing. I forget exactly what she said.
