I think they should keep the title. I mean, I think that if they could prove later on with new evidence then yes it should be approved. But if they are convicted and it's proven they have, then I think it's only fair they carry that label and the burden with it.

If there is proof of it, they should have the label for the rest of their life.
If they are innocent, they shouldn't.
If they were unfairly convicted and then gotten out by proving their innocence they should erase that label.

I think it should be a life long thing because, honestly there's alot more molesters that are rightfully accused then one's who are wrongfully accused. It would be more of a harm to people. It is un-fair he has to live with this, but it shouldn't be changed I think they should keep the tite forever...

I took a law class and a statement from a child like that is not enough and i don't think there was substantial proof of it. I think they should bring that back up and fight it, there's no need for him to go wrongly accused and that woman can get sent to jail for what she made her son say, that's perjury (lying in a court of law/lying under oath) and can get her a good sized jail sentence.

My mom's ex (who happens to be my sister's father) he admitted he was "in love" with me when I was 8, he stalked me til I was 18 and he looked at me when I was undressed as I kid, when I was 2 our landlord used to watch me get dressed through my bedroom window and both times the most useless cops in town were sent and always told us there was nothing they could do unless they broke into our house and tried to kill us (luckily those cops were eventually fired) but we never were able to prove they did it and by the time we got a helpful cop, it was too late to do anything about.
