The world's main city is Kalb while the Elders gather at Maia for their sacred meetings. Starlets and Terrans inhabit Wasat, Alcyone, and Chara. Algorab, Furud, and Alioth are home to Perrins and the Haldis Territory is exclusive to the Haldis and Guardians only. Many other islands are remote and rather dangerous to get to, although they may play a pivotal role in Pleione's future.

Kah-lb
Kalb is the capital city of Pleione and home to many upper-class Starlets. It's rich with bustling activity and shiny, crystal buildings that dominate the skies. The ground of the city is home to a marketplace where travelers mingle and the city folk gossip.

Merope is home to the majority of lower-class Starlets and it the largest town in Pleione. Although it has subsections, the town makes up half of the Alcyone continent. Most of the Starlets' food is grown here and it is very much a farming town.

Rasalas is a very remote island connected to the main-land by a large floating bridge. Not very many Starlets live up there due to its relatively cold and turbulent weather. The city of Rasalas is much like Kalb but much more compact with shorter, closer buildings. There is a large park in the center but other than that space, most of the island is covered by buildings to keep everyone warm and safe.
A few Haldis have been known to live there, although they blend in well with the Starlets...

Not much is known about this island city other than it's home to humanoid Perrin. They are very territorial against other races and the city is built only to 'look after' their people, not to make friends. The Perrin sprites aren't typically welcome in the city although some humanoids have adopted them. They are scattered across the other southern islands in massive communities.

Maia is the capital city for the Guardians and no one else is allowed to pass through its gates. The nurseries are located right in the middle of Maia and are surrounded by towering, impenetrable walls that protect them from virtually anything. Outside the walls are small orb-like homes that the Guardians live in. There is a rumor that there is an item somewhere in the city that transports the Guardians wherever they wish to go.

Starlets: The second most common race, and the most common humanoid race is the Starlets. They are the human-like forms of stars.

Terran: These forever-children are taken care of by Parent Stars, they are the human-like form of planets. Very rare and some may even support life. ((Which means the owners can open up a role play in the "Other Worlds" section of the guild.))

Perrin: These aren't exactly a common race but they do appear often, and only with other members of their clans. They are the human-like form of asteroids.

Haldis: The rarest of all creatures, there is not much known about this race other than they are the human-like form of comets.

Perrin Sprites: The most common species in all of Pleione. They are tiny creatures that run around on the various islands that cover the world. They are the sprite-form of small asteroids. ((Considered to be Familiars and refuse to race.))
Fiores: X X The physical representation of Quarks, one of the building blocks of life. "These delicate creatures have the bodies of a horse, the flaming tails (and manes) of a phoenix and the wings of a dragonfly. Dramatically small these horses are so tiny they are able to curl up into the palm of your hand. Fiores are difficult to spot because they so swiftly flit through the skies. They are often mistaken for hummingbirds or illusions of the imagination. But look closely among berry bushes where they feed and you may be able to spot one of these rare creatures for yourself!" -by Sarr
Renpets: The physical representation of Leptons, one of the building blocks of life. "Believed to be an older species of poneko. Not much is known, however the gems are said to enable them to have limited magical power. Some say that the bushy antennae act as whiskers, others say that it helps them channel magic... The average Joe seems to believe that they just have three pairs of eyebrows." -by Yukii
